Wes Parker brings more than 45 years of experience in the air conditioning and heating industry to his role as Vice President at Vantage Mechanical. A lifelong Irving, Texas resident, Wes began his career after completing a two-year A/C and heating program and earning his Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Northlake College in 1980.
He gained early experience as a service technician with Frymire Engineering and later as a duct design engineer with Hamilton Air Mart before founding Parker Air Conditioning in 1983. Starting with just one van, Wes grew the company into a trusted service provider with more than 800 residential and commercial customers.
In 2024, Parker Air Conditioning was acquired by MRB Contractors, and Wes was brought on to help establish Vantage Mechanical. Today, he oversees operations with the same dedication and expertise that have defined his career, ensuring customers receive reliable service and lasting solutions.
